Join me for a 20 minute yoga video to relax, renew and release your shoulders and neck!
This yoga class is for everyone and anyone who needs some love in the shoulder and neck department. I highly recommend it for those who work desk jobs or drive for long periods of time, which is basically all of us!
With that said, clear the distractions, unroll your yoga mat, and let’s relax!
Side note – I do use two blocks and a strap in this video, but feel free to substitute a towel or books instead.
