Join me for a 20 minute yoga video to relax, renew and release your shoulders and neck!

This yoga class is for everyone and anyone who needs some love in the shoulder and neck department. I highly recommend it for those who work desk jobs or drive for long periods of time, which is basically all of us!

With that said, clear the distractions, unroll your yoga mat, and let’s relax!

Side note – I do use two blocks and a strap in this video, but feel free to substitute a towel or books instead.

    This works! This has now been my morning routine for the past 30 days. It has kept my shoulders lose throughout the day, and keeps me pain free. I have added the sun salutations as well into the routine.

    I have been diagnosed over the past 7 years with tendinitis of the shoulders, as well as rotator cuff impingment. This have replaced my physical therapy regimen, and have also decreased my need for pain meds.

    I just purchased the yoga trapeze and when to you tube to find some videos, spend several hours looking at different yoga instructors, I even purchased the level 1 video from yoga body and I have to tell you that they do come close to your videos,
    you take the time to explain each step and incorporate the breathing, i find it to be very important. Also i love how you incorporate the Trapeze with some floor yoga. Hope to seem more videos for the trapeze . Great Job!!!

    I so needed this. I just search shoulder stretch or something and here you were. Your video is very calm and nice. It was great with the thunder in the background. My shoulders are so open now. I thought first that I maybe should get a massage, but no, this did the trick and I did not have to spend a dime. THANK YOU for doing this kind of content for souls like me :).
