    Maybe a weird one but – yoga to awaken/help you reconnect with your sexuality? We live in such busy stressful times where so much is expected of us – be smart, be beautiful, be professional, be fun, be nurturing, be strong… It is hard for this woman at least to also find time and willingness to connect to that most important part of ourselves.

    You’ve established a great series of yoga videos for anyone from beginner to expert, and everything in between. You’ve laid out these exercises so they give the body exactly what it needs and you know exactly what to say and when to say it. However, I think the best part is your amazing personality, humour, and energy. You’re graceful, friendly, and funny; not to mention just the perfect amount of silly. You keep the energy positive while focusing on both mind and body, and you’re the one who taught me how important that is.

    I wanted to ask how you got past your coccyx pain? You’ve mentioned your struggle a few times and although I haven’t had any severe trauma, mine is always very tender and I have to be very careful during asanas like boat. I’d love some advice. Also, you always seem to make me laugh, "It’s ok, I’m cursing your name too!" ? Love doing yoga with you everyday! Thank you! Namaste?

I’m a singer/actor, so I don’t use my hands/wrists a whole lot in the way that instrumentalists do, but I would love to have a go-to practice to use as a physical warm-up that’s not just a sun salutation, haha.     Hi Adriene ! I’ve been following your channel and doing yoga in the comfort of my bedroom for about two years now . You’ve helped me so much, body and soul, and I’m really grateful that you dedicate your time to this online community !! I suffer from S.A.D. (Seasonal Affective Disorder) and this year, I’m in a horrible funk . I’ve missed out on doing yoga for the past month or two, I feel like I have no energy to do anything, my body and my mind are so heavy, and getting to the mat (or getting out the bed for that matter) seems like such a chore . I feel like i’m stuck in this circle of feeling bad, not doing anything about it, and then feeling worse cause i’m not doing anything about it. Could you please do a video on how to keep energised during the winter months, or recommend some moves to help me (and other S.A.D. sufferers) get out this funk ? <3

    First off, I really want to thank you for your videos. They are such a blessing. Secondly, I wanted to see if you could make a video for Nurses (and healthare providers). After my three day stretch, the most common places that ache are my neck and shoulders; My lower back and feet hurt too. I am also emotionally drained. I use yoga and your videos as a way to "refill my cup" and decompress so I can get right back in there! Thanks again for your amazing videos!!

    Could you do a yoga for body builders? My boy friend lifts weights and has gotten me into it. I like it but haven’t struggled with the restless leg syndrome, soreness, and lack of flexibility like he has cause I do yoga on my off days. He’s interested and seeing if he can get those benefits but I was hoping to find a video that would be well suited to a body builder type’s needs
