Hello Adriene, this isn’t about the musician yoga sequence, could you perhaps do an advanced yoga session one day/ cheers

  2. Linda Mench says:

Great upper body stretches, loved the quiet background! I’m a classical pianist and spend a lot of time sitting–can I request yoga for musicians part 2 with more back side attention? ?

  3. mystic2780 says:

I’m a massage therapist and this was great! 🙂

How to exhale mouth or nose?

  5. Jillian Whitaker says:

Love it! Have you thought of doing a Yoga for Equestrians? I’m a musician and a horseback rider and my body could use all the support it can get 😉

  6. randomnessiskewel says:

Maybe a weird one but – yoga to awaken/help you reconnect with your sexuality? We live in such busy stressful times where so much is expected of us – be smart, be beautiful, be professional, be fun, be nurturing, be strong… It is hard for this woman at least to also find time and willingness to connect to that most important part of ourselves.

  7. Valerie Woodhouse says:

Loved the "yaaaasss" moment. That’s exactly how I feel.

  8. Aron Boyle says:

Adriene can you do a routine for drummers in particular??

  9. Just me says:

Adrienne, you could’t do anymore meditation videos, could you please? I especially enjoy the inner peace one, and feel able to meditate easier when someone guides it. ✌

  10. Eliza Jacobs says:

So happy you have given us musicians a yoga session. As a cellist of a certain age this is invaluable.Thank you again dear Adriene.

This was perfect <3 Thank you, Adriene! I am a musician and I am grateful for these wrist stretches! Thank you for consistently sharing your love for yoga and life with us. I want to send my thankful vibes back to you with a song that I wrote. It is about staying in the present moment, which you have helped me to do countless times through yoga! https://youtu.be/F5AjCgmAF7U

  13. Julie Knaggs says:

I have done this three days in a row and it feels AMAZING. It could also be titled "Yoga for Dental Hygienists". I have shared it with all of the dental yogis in my life. Thank you so much Adriene.

  14. Ninette Perez says:

Hello! Could you do a video of Yoga for singers? There are many opera singers that recommend to practice yoga for breath support for a good singing technique ?

Adriene, I just wanted to let you know (in case you didn’t already) that you are a genius!

You’ve established a great series of yoga videos for anyone from beginner to expert, and everything in between. You’ve laid out these exercises so they give the body exactly what it needs and you know exactly what to say and when to say it. However, I think the best part is your amazing personality, humour, and energy. You’re graceful, friendly, and funny; not to mention just the perfect amount of silly. You keep the energy positive while focusing on both mind and body, and you’re the one who taught me how important that is.

Thank you for changing my life. <3

PS. I’ve loved every single corny joke you’ve ever made.

  20. Corrie Mosqueda says:

I wanted to ask how you got past your coccyx pain? You’ve mentioned your struggle a few times and although I haven’t had any severe trauma, mine is always very tender and I have to be very careful during asanas like boat. I’d love some advice. Also, you always seem to make me laugh, "It’s ok, I’m cursing your name too!" ? Love doing yoga with you everyday! Thank you! Namaste?

  21. Amber Thrasher says:

Hey I️m loving your videos but am disappointed that you don’t have any specific videos for flexibility. I had to go to another YouTuber was hoping to stick with you lol can you do a yoga video specifically for flexibility

  22. ifinditamazing says:

Adriene, do you have any sort of Actors practice? I’m a singer/actor, so I don’t use my hands/wrists a whole lot in the way that instrumentalists do, but I would love to have a go-to practice to use as a physical warm-up that’s not just a sun salutation, haha. I love your videos; thank you for all that you do!

  23. Joy Courtright says:

Thank you so much? Shoulder is tight after a two hour rehearsal! Grateful for the relief!

  24. logerk says:

  26. catsandchopinn says:

Hi Adriene ! I’ve been following your channel and doing yoga in the comfort of my bedroom for about two years now . You’ve helped me so much, body and soul, and I’m really grateful that you dedicate your time to this online community !! I suffer from S.A.D. (Seasonal Affective Disorder) and this year, I’m in a horrible funk . I’ve missed out on doing yoga for the past month or two, I feel like I have no energy to do anything, my body and my mind are so heavy, and getting to the mat (or getting out the bed for that matter) seems like such a chore . I feel like i’m stuck in this circle of feeling bad, not doing anything about it, and then feeling worse cause i’m not doing anything about it. Could you please do a video on how to keep energised during the winter months, or recommend some moves to help me (and other S.A.D. sufferers) get out this funk ? <3

  27. Peter Wynn says:

Thanks Adriene, just what I needed after a few days of decorating and painting! Namaste

  28. GPlover05 says:

I’m a musician and I’m new to yoga. I told myself I would just do a couple minutes, but when I checked to stop it, it was done! Very calming and relaxing, thanks Adriene!

Exactly what I needed today! ??

I have been incorporating your videos in my routine for a week now and I have already noticed positive differences in both my body and my life. Thank You so very much! Namaste <3

"If you’re cussing my name, don’t worry, I’m cussing your name too" I had to stop and laugh out loud, I think the neighbors heard me 🙂

  34. Kelly Gabel says:

Couldn’t have found a more perfect end to this day. Thank you Adriene!! 🙂

  41. Rose Bateman says:

This is fantastic! I’ve been looking for so long for a good practice to ease up all my cello playing! Also loved the attention to the stance; I’m a singer as well and it is so important!

  42. Amanda Bohman says:

    Hi Adriene,
First off, I really want to thank you for your videos. They are such a blessing. Secondly, I wanted to see if you could make a video for Nurses (and healthare providers). After my three day stretch, the most common places that ache are my neck and shoulders; My lower back and feet hurt too. I am also emotionally drained. I use yoga and your videos as a way to "refill my cup" and decompress so I can get right back in there! Thanks again for your amazing videos!!
    -Amanda

  43. Nellie Martin says:

Do you think you could do a video to help with bipolar disorder? I’ve been feeling super manic and then really depressed for about a year, and doctors have finally diagnosed me with BPD, your practices are always super helpful to me, so thank you!

  44. Clare Mcbrien says:

Im not sure if you got my email asking you to do this a couple of weeks ago but thank you so much – Im in a lot of pain at the moment in these areas which is inhibiting my playing and leaving me super frustrated so this is a massive help. 🙂 Thank you!

  45. Lizzy Costello says:

thank you so much for this one adriene! <3

  46. Dashworthy Yoga with Heather says:

Another beautiful, simple flow. Thanks, Adriene! I’m not a musician, but still totally dig this flow. 😉

  47. Noor Nazneen says:

Beautiful, playing music connects the left brain and right brain. Yoga syncs up the left side body to the right side body. Living in union ???thank you Adriene!!

  48. Jackie Weseen says:

    thanks lady that was awesome

  49. Deborah Schmidt says:

Helpful for areas that get tight and hold stress, says I, a musician.  Also effective for all the members of the "Mr. Burns" club. Ahem.

  50. Emily E. says:

Could you do a yoga for body builders? My boy friend lifts weights and has gotten me into it. I like it but haven’t struggled with the restless leg syndrome, soreness, and lack of flexibility like he has cause I do yoga on my off days. He’s interested and seeing if he can get those benefits but I was hoping to find a video that would be well suited to a body builder type’s needs
