    Hi Adriene — I just completed this video, searching for ones I haven’t already done because I don’t like doing yoga without you!! I just wanted to make a viewer’s suggestion. I wondered if maybe for certain videos you could leave a few minutes at the end so that when we are in shavasana you don’t have to get up to pause the video so it doesn’t roll into the next one. I keep forgetting to turn off the auto play on youtube so it always plays on. If you just had the song you play in the title that’d be nice, or just no noise would work too.
    Thank you and I hope that with the interactivity of youtube you can see how valuable you are, I really like you, enjoy what you put out and hope life treats ya good!!

    Hi Adrienne.Thankyou for your videos. They’re changing my life a day at a time. I’m trying to build my core in preparation for doing handstands. I currently have poor muscle tone as well as scoliosis . I enjoyed and participated in nearly all of this video but am not strong enough and my back’s not built to do the plank to doghead down. Can you suggest an alternative please. ?
