    I’m so glad I discovered yoga with Adriene. I have been going through a very difficult emotional time and I stopped sleeping for many weeks. I am currently doing the more relaxing routines and feel as if she is really speaking to me, but as me sleep improves, I intend to add more.     Adriene I NEED a chill yoga for digestion. All the ones you have have strength exercises in them like downward dog. I was nine minutes in to this practice and it hurt my tum so bad to reach for my leg that it hurt even when I wasn’t stretching. I think it would be cool if you did a short practice for digestion that is just on the ground. Thank you! ❤️?❤️?

    Very relaxing, but isn’t it better to skip the neck circles or replace them? I have stenosis in my neck and naturally cringe when I see someone doing them. I think they might be bad for everyone, not only me.
