WELCOME to Fightmaster Yoga, I’m Lesley Fightmaster (yes…that’s really my last name). Before yoga, my head would never shut up! I felt anxious and uncomfortable.     Honestly all the top videos of chicka with their vaginas pressed against their pants…and the top viewed video….her foot form was INCONSISTENT….thats the top?

    I scrolled past all the nonsense and said Id click on the first dude I see…

    Annnnnnd YES. He is Good. I see his feet right away as slick. Foot works important.

    Btw….never tried yoga but play alot of stretching and mma. 🙂

    Tim is fantastic yoga teacher. I recently had Tibia Plateau fracture due to ski accident, Because I have been practice yoga with Tim for few years I gain flexibility and strength which is helping me recover from my injury much faster. I strongly recommend his classes, it will make a huge different the way you feel and look.

    When you take your lag back during salutation no 3rd position. You should inhale not exhale that’s the testimonial way to practice salutations.

    Enjoyed this exercise on my balcony, sweated through the exercise, feeling good, stretched and ready to focus on my daily businesses cause I have already I ceded in my body and health thanks to you. This exercise with balancing on the hands is similar to one capoeira move. I have to work on my head stand, can’t do it yet.

    Good calm voice, with no music – perfect. Loved the waves in the background. Some moves were a little advanced but yoga is about personal practice so I just opted out & went in to downward dog, stretching the length of my back. Its a good all rounder routine which helps notice improvements in daily repetition. Thanks.

    So, nice workout. But, at 23.16 and similar, it’s a little bit difficult for a "beginner". Would you mind to show a variation in a small window? Not eveybody can be an expert. It was a littòe bit difficult for me as ex ballett dancer..

    Hello, I’m a new yogi and so far I’m enjoying it so much. I have been doing a 30 day challenge and have been doubling up doing two sessions a day. Is this ok for beginners? I kind of feel addicted to it. I look forward to it everyday. I’ve stopped doing weights for the time being so yoga is my exercise for the day. Is this ok? K thanks for any advice.

    Can you recommended me some exercises that are good for weight lifters and fighters. I am 20 years in gym, and 15 in kick box, so I have some typical injuries. Am looking something that is not complicated but could be helpful for back, shoulders, elbows etc

    Wow . Had to stop about 20 mins in. Make sure you have decent leg strength before you test these poses. If you can’t squat around your body weight I’d take these poses carefully, and please; make sure you have proper form before you exert yourself.

    I thought this was a beginner’s workout, YEAH RIGHT. Most of these were impossible to do. So stay away unless you already know your yoga poses and have practiced before. I’ll go back to Adrienne for now! Definitely need more practice.
