Total Body Yoga - Deep Stretch | Yoga With AdrieneTotal Body Yoga is a deep stretch practice for the legs, back and hips. This session invites you on the mat to go deeper. This 45 min yoga practice is great for the lower back and the HIPS! Lean in, breathe deep, stretch it out and connect to something big.

This will be a good one to repeat weekly. Try it and see how your experience changes and unfolds.

    This is literally my new favorite practice! This is exactly the kind of video I’ve been looking for for after my workouts and when you would announce which pose was next, I️ kept going “yes! (Cow legs)!” Or whatever it was lol this practice has all the good stuff ??

    I have been practicing with Yoga with Adrienne for almost 2 years now and when I started I was in constant back pain. Over the course of the two years the pain has lessened to where I don’t have any for days or weeks at a time. I am not sure exactly what it is about your workouts but I have tried others and none of them loosen the muscles and restore my back to health during a flare up like these workouts. Thank you for sharing them
