Heroes are often defined as ordinary characters who get thrust into extraordinary circumstances, and through courage and a dash of luck, cement their place in history. Chosen as FDR’s fourth term Vice President for his well-praised work ethic, good judgment, and lack of enemies, Harry S. Truman--a Midwesterner who had no college degree and had never had the money to buy his own home--was the prototypical ordinary man. That is, until he was shockingly thrust in over his head after FDR’s sudden death. During the climactic months of the Second World War, Truman had to play judge and jury, pulling America to the forefront of the global stage. The first four months of Truman’s administration saw the founding of the United Nations, the fall of Berlin, victory at Okinawa, firebombings of Tokyo, the first atomic explosion, the Nazi surrender, the liberation of concentration camps, the mass starvation of Europe, the Potsdam Conference, the controversial decision to bomb Hiroshima and Nagasaki, the surrender of Imperial Japan, and finally, the end of World War II and the rise of the Cold War. No other president had ever faced so much in such a short period of time.
Tightly focused, meticulously researched, rendered with vivid detail and narrative verve, THE ACCIDENTAL PRESIDENT escorts readers into the situation room with Truman during this tumultuous, history-making 120 days, when the stakes were high and the challenge even higher. The result is narrative history of the highest order and a compelling look at a presidency with great relevance to our times.
There are many points of comparison between HTC phones and Samsung phones. First and foremost comparison is that both of these are mobile handset makers. But, there are numerous points of differences too. These are mostly over the kind of market they cater to. To put the things in a more clear way, HTC caters to a niche segment of smart phone users; however, Samsung has its presence across all the segments of mobile handsets. Herein lies the biggest difference.
Though, there are many other players in the fray, HTC has made some name for churning out the most advanced smart phones. Samsung on the other hand is a full-fledged mobile handset maker which derives growth from all kinds of handsets. Apart from these two the other substantial players in this business of mobile handsets are Nokia, LG, Sony Ericsson, Motorola, Blackberry and many others. Both HTC and Samsung compete with all these companies.
The handsets manufactured by HTC are always rich in features and applications. In more cases than not these handsets run on mobile software developed by companies like Microsoft, Google, etc. Some of the most popular HTC handsets are HTC Wildfire, Legend, Desire Z, HD7, Desire HD, 7Trophy among others. All of them showcase QWERTY key pad and touchscreen as must have features. The company has the distinction of bringing out the first mobile handset based on Windows mobile operating system.
Moving ahead, Samsung has many brands to offer in all the segments. It competes with HTC and others in smart phone segment with its offering like Samsung Pink 3310, i8510, Wave, Galaxy S, Jet, etc. Being in the smart phone segment these handsets sport high-end features like touch screen and QWERTY key pad among others. Otherwise, all classes of mobile users can have something or other from the stable of Samsung. So, talking of htc phones vs samsung phones in terms of which one is better cannot throw out a clear winner. It is more of mobile handset specific issue that needs to be taken that way only.

JESUS TEACHES THE PEOPLE. Z-jo st. John vii. 11 Jesus and His Disciples Go into Galilee. JESUS and his disciples went into a part of the land called Galilee. On theway there, they came to a city named Sychar. Just outside of the citywas a well, called Jacobs well, where the people came to get water. It was in the hot part of the day, and Jesus being wearied with his journey, sat down by the well. His disciples had gone into the city to buy food, andhad left him alone. And a woman came out of the city, carrying her pitcher to draw water.ISTow this woman was a sinner. She did not love God in her heart, and haddone many things to displease him. Jesus knew this, for he sees all our heartsand knows of everything that we have done. And he talked with the woman, and told her of some of the things she had done, long ago, to displease God. Then she was surprised, and said, Sir, I see thou art a prophet. She meantthat he was a person whom God told of things which other people did notknow. And she
