What about CASIO Triple Sensor? Includes: Compass, Altitude, Thermometer and Barometer etc. etc. I do expect all these features in a Military or Survival (EDC) watch. No shine parts…that goes without saying.

  2. JTN 1970 says:

I had several Boktok watches they were all garbage. They would last 6 months top.

  3. אביתר אבירם says:

    Best military watch:

  4. Gil Harari says:

Hey man. Great video! Can you tell me about the aviator watch at 1:04 in your video? I love it! You didn’t mention it I think.

  5. vinnyg101 says:

Casio watches are crap…they don’t last long.

  6. Gerald's Videos says:

    Thanks for this.

  7. Valdi str8shaver says:

Nice video. I own three Amphibians Black and Blue Scuba Dude and White Sail Boat. They are amazing.

  8. shawnfarand says:

    FF to 0:53
    You’re welcome. Tree times.

  9. g ghhamila says:

Thank you for the Video, but I hate it when you say "Box".

  10. Monzerelli says:

What watch is that at 0:59 ?

  11. Gabriel Hernandez says:

GOOD SHOW, … ARMITRON BEST WATCH MOST FUNCTIONS FOR THE MONEY, TIMEX INTELLIGENT QUARTS ALSO GREAT…MY 1980’S BRIETLING NAVITIMER IS HARD TO SEE IN THE DARK…

  12. Mars Dweller says:

In real life all military infantry wear cheap digital Casios or Timex

  13. Santiago A says:

    Great Vostok Amphibia watches ?

  14. Mike Hydropneumatic says:

Seiko makes great watches, there are more luxurious brands but with a Seiko you can join any party.

  15. Buck Rogers says:

I had a Timex Expedition dual time (analog and digital). Loved the bits of yellow on the dial. Great watch. It lasted till I accidentally dropped it 13 floors whilst trying to dry the leather strap. Timex ran a lot of ads during the 70s in my country, you know, the one where they strap a watch to the shock absorber of a dirt bike and it comes out ok. The impression is that it is tough. Well, my Timex was, and I wore it for military exercises, etc. Now using a white faced Casio Edifice dual-time. It’s classy enuf for formal functions even. Love it. 😉

  16. James Sutton says:

Take a close look at Marathon watches for EDC field and military use.

  17. Anri Orlow says:

Russian watches recommended? Get a like 😉

  18. Joshua Almendarez says:

What song do you have playing in the background

  19. Neuro says:

For military/field applications.. I think few can come close to the Timex. It’s cheap, so it’s within an infrantryman’s budget. It’s reliable, durable and accurate.. And nothing beats the indiglo for moonless, pitch black, nights. People who review Timex should always include a shot of of the indiglo. None of the other brands come close in lume

  20. Dan barb says:

I have to say that i like the look of diver watches as well, for example the Seiko skx007 with olive nato band looks really good fir the price.

  21. firstbornjordan says:

    Watch @1:30 please, specs.

  22. CanyonMiniCooper says:

You can’t get those G-shocks for under $100. The cheapest Mudmaster is over $500.

  23. WM 710 says:

Great video! Thanks for posting. Cheers

  24. harmless carrot says:

    Thanks.

  25. Tomek_PL says:

These Russian watches have a plastic glass. It gets scratches from looking on it. Timex or Seiko.

  26. Fierce Krypton says:

How can I find the blue watch shown at 2:09

  27. FleshPie212 says:

Thank you for a video 🙂

  28. Samuel R. Ashby says:

    Excellent watch reviews!!

  29. Marcin P says:

Nice selection. I have few Vostoks Amphibias and Komandirskies, great watch with heritage. But every day I wear Timex Expedition Indiglo Chronograph. It has similar look to Amphibia (hands are similar shape, and has bezel), but on top of that it has light, alarm and double – analog and digital – display. Classic military black dial. Very versatile, affordable watch – about 40 pounds. Recommended. G shocks I find to childish-like.

  30. Frederick J. says:

Please, what is the exact model of the blue face/bezel diver’s style watch at 1:30 in? I think I’m sold already! Thanks for the assist.

  31. Jack Woods says:

    Really good choices.

  32. Ray Seaman says:

I would personally would choose the Freestyle "Spy" over the Timex Expedition watches. The Spy has a few more useful features on it, like an engraved rotating bevel. I bought mine in Iraq at the Mosul PX… I did not treat this watch gently, it has had a very hard life. And yet it is still on my wrist as I’m typing this. A new strap and some batteries is all this watch has ever asked for in 10 years of service. Amazing…

  33. 1701spacecadet says:

Field watches should have at-a-glance legibility.

G-shock dials are just too busy.

  34. Vinnie Vegas says:

Excellent video! Thumbs up & thanks!

  35. stoutdog says:

Thanks for the video. Good mix of great value priced watches.  I am a watch collector and favor my Deep Blue DayNight Recon.  I really like the T100 lit dial.

  36. Vin's World says:

I love my Timex field watch..still ticking over 2 years .

  37. Jerm Johnson says:

    seiko 5 snzg15, seiko sne331, or citizen 8180?

  38. xterlasifique says:

What Seiko model is that @ 3:51

  39. Tulsatom Bob says:

I’m sorry, but I have a copyright on naming the Russian watch "ÄK-47′. You owe me all of your watches… LOL!
    Cheers!

  40. Sb Sb says:

Seiko is poor in quality. you have to wear every day to know it.

  41. lewisner says:

I had a G-Shock in red and black and I hated the damn thing. Incredibly difficult to adjust the time, hands are difficult to see in anything less than perfect light and the "backlight" is hopeless. As a fashion item it is great though, just not as a timepiece.

  42. John Ganshow says:

My favorites are Isobrite T100 and Luminox T25. More expensive but I like the tritium, especially the T100

  43. Philly Cheese Take says:

I’m sorry, I have to vehemently disagree with Vostok.

They are the one brand which are NEVER a good buy. They NEVER hold the little value they have, they are TERRIBLY engineered, the materials are AWFUL, the quality control is AWFUL.

They are not "collectable" at all. Collectable doesn’t mean "cheap", it means limited. Nobody hunts down "rare" models of Vostok, because there are no rare models, they were all made in massive numbers.

Ask yourself this, would you rather guy a $60 watch which you will NEVER be able to sell, or would you rather buy a $300 watch which you will ALWAYS be able to sell for $300? Cheap does not mean affordable, it means cheap.

  44. mildman1987 says:

    Vostok ROCKS! I have 5!

  45. Erik Warnes says:

The audio quality leaves much to be desired.

  46. tomkil78 says:

3:49 would someone tell me the model of that watch?

  47. Heiko Panzlaff says:

Have seen Komandirske watches brand new from the factory with missing parts … How can something like that pass final inspection ?

  48. Chintan Pandya says:

Hey man, ssup. Good video! I noticed you used my picture in the video. The one with the green Nato Timex expedition scout. It’s okay, but would appreciate it if credit is given where due. (I am a small channel, so I can use it) Not just for my image, but for other used as well. Let’s grow together! Peace.

  49. Dthelwal Dthelwal says:

at 7:42 you have a still of what looks like a pilot’s watch, it h as a black dial and brown leather strap – it has two sub-dials, I can’t make out the name though (the picture has what looks like a Hurricane in the background). What is that particular watch? It doesn’t seem to be one of the set you were showing here.

  50. Centurion Coles says:

I’ve had both the seiko 5 and the vostok. The seiko broke after one small bang sadly. the vostok lasted me around two years before it broke. Great watch, wore it everyday pretty much took a few to many bangs sadly.
