I have been so appreciating all of your practical and refreshing yoga videos. I have recently began doing obstacle course racing training and am finding it requires a unique set of muscles and mindset (and therefore a unique set of yoga practice). Would you be willing to consider doing a video that targets both the upper and lower body used in OCR? Thank you again, Liz

Thank you so much for this video. I feel so rejuvenated and restored after doing this sequence. Also, I’d be cool if you did a yoga for triathletes. Asana’s that help with shoulder flexibility, hip and hammies release, and also knee strength would be choice.

Hi Adrienne, I love your yoga practices and wonder if you have one especially for crazy hill walkers 🙂 ??
I have just done your runners yoga after a day on the hills here in North Wales and it feels great. But I’m preparing for a big day out over all the highest peaks, over 3000ft here. Used to called 14 Peaks, now it’s 15 Peaks! It’s a distance of about 30 miles with total ascents of about 4200m so a great challenge! I’m 55 now and luckily with the help of yoga and generally being active, my body is not aching too much after a long day on the hill. But this is will be a test!

  50. Gemma Brooks says:

Thank you so much for offering your time and free yoga practices Adrien. I discovered your tutorials after an intense hip surgery end of last year and have successfully completed one if not more yoga videos per week. Now both my partner and I share time in the morning before our busy day to do one of your yoga practices. We cannot recommend you enough! Your practices are very light hearted and at the best of times humorous, we love your intros on behalf of Benji, you have really allowed us to see and feel joy in yoga! Keep up the good work, thank you so much!
    Namaste x
