    I did the whole video actively through without pausing, and my body feels much better now. Great video! … Maybe you could focus on fewer exercises, do them longer and explain more what one has to put attention on in terms of back posture and so on.

    Adriene! There is a word for bringing your palms together to the heart. It’s called Namaskar. One word for 7 or 8 words.

    it’s awsome! i caught a problem with my mentality, anxiety disorders, so i found many many ways to reduce my anxieties but it didnt work. then i started to follow your yoga method, every time i get worried, and every day, that’s so miracle, i already feel much better now.     Ohhh myyyy… I’ve missed you!!! Every once and a while, I check out other yogi’s…. spread the love, so to speak, and I ALWAYS find my way back to you! Have NO idea why I even search, as I know I get the most out of my day, heart, soul and body, doing yoga "with" you. This is such a hard time for me, as October is the month I lost both my Father and Son, and my heart is always very depressed…with your attention, guidence, sense of humor, I always come away a bit more solid and happy. Just a simple thank you…. you help me shine again. x

    Doing yoga almost every day for many months now but first thing in the morning is a totally different story! That downward dog and forward fold was actually uncomfortable. Way to be humbled.

    Too slow and too much talking. Thus is more stretching than anything else and at that not even enough good stretching. I usually like your routines but not this one

    This feels like good yoga but unfortunately, I got "ear sound" from all the talking after 2 minutes, I continued the session, felt good, forwarded, some of the talking, still have "ringing ears" from all the talking 🙁 It’s nice that you make the sessions for all kinds of audience (beginners, mediate, etc.) but maybe it’s possible to get the info out in small slices each session or so that not so much talking is necessary. just my thoughts.
