Day 9 - Full Potential Detox Practice - 30 Days of YogaJoin Adriene on Day 9 of The 30 Days of Yoga journey! Full Potential Detox Practice! Meet your full potential and come into your power with this vigorous – but loving – at home yoga practice.
Day 9 invites you to embrace your full potential! This is a fierce practice that is great for the digestive organs and abdominals. Perfect if you are feeling bloated in the belly or looking to tone to strong lean muscles. Very beneficial for those who suffer from IBS, constipation or stomach discomfort. Cleanse it out safely with yoga. Keep a strong focus on the breath and alignment as you connect to full body strength with grace and ease. Make self adjustments and modify up or down through this practice. This video is fun and challenging! Keep a sense of humor and always take breaks when you need! Listen to your body and ENJOY! Let your heart rate return back to it’s normal rate in Savasana after practice. Drink a tall glass of water to follow.

    I don’t know why I struggled with this one so much, I think I may not have been in the proper head space today. But tomorrow I’m going to return to this one and do day 10 because I am determined.

    My heart is pounding and i honestly couldn’t finish it but I’m proud for not taking the easy choices lol. My legs are officially dead. This is what I get for not doing it every single day

    I almost skipped today. I kept myself busy and told myself I’ll do it later but I never did and it hit 12 pm so I was gonna go to bed to go to work tomorrow. I’ve made a commitment with myself to do this, and I just couldn’t let it go so I pushed myself to do this. It’s now 12:37 am but I’m going to bed feeling accomplished that I didn’t skip it. Thanks Adriene, this practice has made me feel good to the point of not letting myself down.

    Day 9 completed =D I worked up a really good sweat during this one, and I found I could do plank a lot easier today. Lol, I couldn’t do those full push ups at the end though. They were more like 1/4 push ups. Fell once during the twist/lunge. Otherwise, everything went well.

    I dont care if this is two years too late but I was down with a fever today and WAS IN NO MOOD AT ALL to do anything but moping around but I promised myself to stick to a routine (which is your 30-day yoga challenge), its 1124PM on my end, skipping lunges here and there (was too tensed up today too!) but I finished it! Day 9 done and done! woohoo, thanks Adriene! <3

    Oh man! I chose the wrong day to do an hour long session in the gym for only the second time in my life, followed by my first ever Zumba class!! This was TOUGH! Feel ace though 🙂

    It was hard at first but I am so glad I stuck through this 🙂 Great way to save tons of money going to yoga studio and able to practice yoga when and where ever. I’ve checked out a few video yoga instructors but Adriene is the BEST! I love her attitude, energy and all her sessions. I have a hard time commit to anything more than 5 days but Adriene’s 30 days of yoga is the best thing I’ve ever found for my life.. She is like my virtual BFF, yogi master, therapist, sister, etc… Thank you so much Adriene for sharing your love and support through your yoga videos. XOXOXOXO
